  The Manager Dan is extremely rude and shames people who return things. I saw him doing it to a woman ahead of me and thought maybe she had taken advantage but when it was my turn with new untouched items he still made sure everyone in the store knew he didn't approve of my returns. I would never use this location when every other location has always had a very friendly and accommodating approach to returns. Shame on Dan.

  The manager Dan is simple rude and nasty to customers. I can't believe that Bed Bath and Beyond corporate office doesn't take action about this unprofessional manager.
