Turned out we didn’t care for the mattress we had in mind. He proceeded to walk us thru a selection process. This is a big ticket item and my husband and I were having difficulty agreeing BUT Ken kept culling it down until we finally found the one we BOTH loved. Success! Ken was not pushy; sincerely concerned about both of our needs. I highly recommend this store and Ken!
